Dr. Shelley DesEtages-Wong has worked as faculty member at Pace University in their Biology Department and at Pfizer, Inc. While at Pfizer, she won the People Leader and Achievement Awards, lead teams in Genetic Technologies and Cardiovascular and Metabolic Disease, and participated in the development of the Xeljanz and Sutent medications. Additionally, she contributed to the book "My Story, My Secrets: Letters to my Younger Self" and is a founding board member of Writers Block InK. Dr. DesEtages Wong has also served as a non-profit representative to the United Nations Department of Public Information.
